1. About these terms

This website is operated by GUIPOLU Consulting LLC, JNA Nr. 2/1-15, Struga, North Macedonia, business registration RN 35020260016196, TIN 4026026550142 (“GUIPOLU”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of the website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What GUIPOLU is — and is not

GUIPOLU is an independent advisory and business facilitation firm. We advise, we facilitate commercial discussions, and we make introductions between qualified counterparties across energy, infrastructure and related investment opportunities.

• We do not buy, sell, produce or take title to any commodity or product, and we are not a party to any transaction agreed between counterparties we introduce.
• We do not invest on our own account, and we do not hold client money or assets.
• We do not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting or technical advice, and nothing on this site should be read as such.

3. No offer, no solicitation, no recommendation

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, financial instrument, commodity or interest in any project, and nothing on it is a recommendation to invest. Information on this site is for general purposes only and is intended for businesses and professional parties, not for retail investors. It is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where its publication or use would be unlawful.

4. Selected opportunities

Opportunities shown on this site are opportunities we are facilitating as an intermediary. They are not investments held or offered by GUIPOLU. Descriptions and estimated investment figures are provided by the project sponsors and have not been independently verified by us; images of opportunities are illustrative and do not show the project sites. Further information is shared only with qualified parties, at our discretion and under a non-disclosure agreement, and any participation is subject to the sponsor's own terms and documentation.

5. Your own assessment

Before an introduction, we carry out an initial commercial and documentary screening only. We do not carry out technical, financial or legal due diligence, and our screening is never a substitute for it. Any decision to invest in, fund, buy from, supply or partner with any party is yours alone, taken on your own analysis and with your own advisers.

6. Accuracy of information

We take care with what we publish, but we do not warrant that the content of this site is complete, current or error-free. Figures, timelines and market descriptions may change without notice. Statements about future projects, markets or outcomes are expectations, not guarantees. Articles in our Insights section are general information only and are not advice.

7. Enquiries and submissions

Sending us an enquiry or a project submission does not create an engagement, a client relationship or any obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry or submission without giving reasons. By sending us information, you confirm that you are entitled to share it with us.

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through the contact form or by email before a non-disclosure agreement is in place — we sign one on request before reviewing project material.

8. Engagements

Any engagement with GUIPOLU, including its scope and any fees, is governed by a separate written agreement. An introduction does not make GUIPOLU an agent, partner, broker or representative of any party, unless a written agreement expressly says so.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, sending spam or false information through the contact form, or copying content from the site for commercial purposes.

10. Intellectual property

The content, layout and branding of this site belong to GUIPOLU Consulting LLC or its licensors. Third-party photography is used under the licence it was supplied with. You may view and share pages of the site for your own information, but you may not reproduce its content commercially without our written permission.

11. Links to other websites

Links to other websites, including LinkedIn, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of your data.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GUIPOLU is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, or from any dealings between parties we introduce. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Changes

We may update this website and these terms at any time. The version published here, with its date, is the one that applies.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, and the courts of North Macedonia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
