Energy and infrastructure projects often stall for a simple reason: the people building them and the people funding them work in different terms. One side speaks in megawatts, permits and delivery schedules. The other speaks in returns, risk and structure.

Luis Violante is the Founder and CEO of GUIPOLU Consulting LLC, an independent consulting and business facilitation firm focused on the energy, infrastructure and investment sectors.

Through his professional experience in the energy and business facilitation sector, Luis has developed an international network of commercial relationships and strategic connections across multiple markets.

At GUIPOLU, he leads the company's strategic direction, business development and international market access activities, with a focus on connecting qualified counterparties, identifying commercial opportunities and facilitating strategic relationships between investors, project owners, buyers and suppliers.

His areas of focus include infrastructure, energy products, sustainable energy, Oil & Gas and investment facilitation.

No. GUIPOLU is an independent advisory and business facilitation firm. We do not buy, sell, produce or take title to any commodity, and we do not invest on our own account. We advise, we facilitate, and we make introductions between qualified counterparties.

No. We facilitate introductions and support the commercial process between the parties. Any decision to invest is yours, taken on your own analysis and with your own advisers.

We carry out an initial commercial and documentary screening — what the opportunity is, who is behind it, and whether the paperwork presented is coherent and complete. We do not carry out technical, financial or legal due diligence. That remains with you and your own advisers, and we will say so plainly at the introduction.

Yes. We work under NDA on request and share only what is needed to make an introduction, with parties who are genuinely relevant to it. Full project information is kept in a secure Data Room, opened only to qualified parties under NDA.

Our focus is projects and transactions between US$100 million and US$5 billion. We also consider selected smaller opportunities where the fit is strong, and we will tell you early if we think we are not the right firm for yours.

Our core sector is infrastructure and energy, across key markets: smart cities, data centers, industrial projects, oil & gas, renewable energy, hydrogen, LNG, biogas and biomethane, and metals. Outside those, get in touch anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

It depends entirely on the opportunity and how ready both sides are. We won't quote you a standard timeline, because a number we can't stand behind helps nobody.
