What a submission should include

  • A short project summary: what it is, where, and the stage it has reached
  • The capital or partnership sought, and on what basis
  • Who the sponsor is, and who the decision-maker is
  • Supporting documentation — only complete proposals move forward

Data Room

Once a submission is accepted, the full project information is kept in a secure Data Room. Access is given only to qualified parties, under NDA.

Our review is commercial and documentary only. Technical, financial and legal due diligence remains with the parties and their own advisers.
